:: 1972
15 February 1972 Thai President Foods Public Company Limited was established with registered capital of 6 million baht. The Business was a joint venture between President Enterprise Co., Ltd. Of Taiwan and Saha Pattanaphibul Public Co., Ltd. The Company’s first Head Offices were located on New Petchburi Road, while a factory was constructed in Nong Khang Phlu, Nong Khaem District. It was here that full production capacity of chicken-soup flavored instant noodles under the “MAMA” brand name began in 1973.
 
:: 1975
The Company added another noodle-marking machines to its production line. President Commercial was appointed distributor of noodles.
 

:: 1976
The company increased registered capital to 10 million baht. Production capacity was boosted with the construction of a new factory produced new varieties of instant noodles for the market.
 

:: 1978
Registered capital was further increase to 20 million baht. The company constructed biscuit factory in the Sri Racha instant noodle factory, aided by technological transfer from Nissin Confectionery Co., Ltd. of Japan. The expanded facility produced biscuits under the “Nissin” trademark. The company’s shares gained listing on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).
 
:: 1979
The company increased registered capital to 32.5 million baht, Upgraded machinery and expanded production capacity.
 

:: 1980
The company increased registered capital to 37.5 million baht. Upgraded machinery and expanded production capacity.
 

:: 1981
The company increased registered capital to 40 million baht, Investing in biscuit production machinery and equipment, as well as, boosting instant noodles production capacity.
 

:: 1982-1984
Thai President Foods Co., Ltd. Was granted with 1982. 1983 and 1984 International Asia Award, by The International Asia Award Committee, as a company that produced outstanding high quality food products. In 1983, join investment was made in Myojo Foods Co., Ltd. To produce premium quality instant noodle.
 
:: 1985
Joint investment in President Bakery Co., Ltd in 1985 to produce fresh breads.
 

:: 1986
The company close inaugurated is factory in Nong Khaem District, when production at the Sri –Racha factory could operate smoothly.
 
:: 1987
Improving production, with a switch from the direct heat cooking method to the indirect heat method, which helped reduce energy consumption by up to 75 percent, and encouraged greater product quality consistency. These efforts were recognized with an energy conservation award from the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment.
 
:: 1988
Joint investments in Sanko Machinery (Thailand) Co., Ltd. To assemble automatic powder packing machines, and in Thai Mee Co., Ltd. To manufacture instant noodle catering to export.
 

:: 1989
The company increased registered capital to 60 million baht, Improving manufacturing efficiency and construction of a new production facility geared foe export, which was granted investment privileges from the Board of Investment (BOI).
 

:: 1990
The company increased registered capital to 80 million baht, Joined hands with the Danish Fancy Foods Group Co., Ltd. of Denmark to establish President Danish Foods Co., Ltd, and produce “Kjeldsen” cookies.
 
:: 1991
The company increased registered capital to 120 million baht, T.F. Interfoods (USA) Inc. was founded to Oversee the Company’s business and act as its distribution representative in the U.S. and Canada.
 
:: 1992 – 1993
In June 1992, The company has moved the new Head Offices and opened an official inauguration ceremony on Srinakarindlh Road. In the same year, joint investments were made in Taisun Foods Co., Ltd. with the objective of manufacturing fruit, and in Kunming Tai Tongyi Foods Co., Ltd to produce instant noodles for sale in China. Furthermore, the Company made join investments to create Dai-Ichi Packaging Co., Ltd. to manufacture packaging, materials which in turn supplied the Group’s business and in March 1993, the company has operated and received BOI at Sri-Racha Factory.
 
:: 1994
The firm unveiled its new status as a Public Company on May 16, 1994. In the same year, joint investments were made in 2 new businesses : C.P. Enterprise Foods Co., Ltd. In Hong Kong and Nissin Foods (Thailand) Co., Ltd.
 
:: 1995
The company introduced new line of biscuits under the “Butterworth” brand and constructed a new factory in Lumphun Province on 37 Rai of land at an investment of 350 million baht. This new factory has manufacturing capacity of 14,256 tons for noodle packs and 260 tons for noodle cups per year, with BOI Privileges.
 
:: 1997
The company received the Prime Minister’s Export Award in 1997.
The company received the Certificate for ISO 9002 from RWTUV.

 
:: 1998
The company received the Outstanding Industry Award of the Ministry of Industry, conferred by the Prime Minister on December 2, 1998. For food products, quality means nutritional value. Our instant noodles have been fortified with additional Vitamin A, Iron and Iodine.
 
:: 1999
The company changed brand name from “Nissin” to “Bissin” in August, 1999. The company received the Certificate for ISO 14001 at Sri Racha Factory and Bangkok’s head office from SGS Yarsley. The company improved the packaging system for condiment materials from individual package to twin package and also improved from the manual system of laying the package of condiment materials on the noodle cakes by labourers to the automatic feeding system.
 
:: 2000
The company increased registered capital to 180 million baht. Increasing production capacity and improving manufacturing efficiency for instant noodles. The company has launched new taste “Moo-Nam-Tok” instant noodles. Installed automatic condiment feeder in the tomyam instant noodles production line and increased investment proportion in President Danish Foods Co., Ltd. from 74 percent to 99.99 percent.
 
:: 2001
The company has increased instant noodle capacity in Lumphun Factory from 40 to 80 tons/day in July 2001 with BOI privileges. Moreover the company has developed new taste for instant noodles such as Moo-Tom-Yam and Poh-Tak and new taste for biscuits such as Blueberry, Black Currant and Lemon-Sherbet. Also the company has received “Haccp” certificate standard from SGS (Thailand) Limited on April 2, 2001 and “EFSIS” certificate standard from United Kingdom on October 8, 2001. For foreign investment, the company invested 30% in President Foods (Cambodia) for manufacturing instant noodles in Cambodia.
 
:: 2002
The company has launched new taste “Instant Jade Noodles Roasted Duck flavor” and “Shrimp Creamy Tom Yum flavor” Instant noodles. For the investment, the company has increased investment proportion in Lifook (Gingdao) Foods Co., Ltd. totaling 26.22 million baht resulting in the increase in the company’s portion of investment in Lifook (Gingdao) Foods Co., Ltd. from 19% to 49% and has joined in the investment with 4 People Foods Co., Ltd. for 13% of its registered capital.
 
:: 2003
The company has implemented the integrated SAP program and also updated the web site regularly with attractive and modern designs in order to disseminate the company’s information to the public.
 
:: 2004
The company received the Prime Minister’s Export Award 2004 ..
Moreover the company has developed new taste for instant noodles “MAMA NOODLES TOM YUM FLAVOUR (Green tea)” and new taste for snack-noodo such as Barbeque, Nori-Seaweed and Sour cr?me Onion.
